Android users will now access a new subscription game service launched by Google. The new subscription game service, Google Play Pass, has more than 350 apps and games that are free of ads, in-app purchases, and upfront payments at the cost of $4.99 monthly.
Google Play Pass will have apps and games that are already available on the Play Service, including Facetune and Stardew Valley. Google said it wanted the service to go further, so it’s also bundling other types of health, fitness, and photography apps.
The company said that new additions would be made to the services each month. Users who purchase the Google Play Pass before October 10, 2019, will get an offer of a 10-day free trial and a launch promotion price of $1.99 monthly for a year.
Family Play users on Google Play can share their Play Pass subscription with up to five other family members. Play Pass is coming to Android devices in the US this week and will arrive in additional countries soon.
