David Gzesh talks about how affiliates can gain popularity in the USA

18 States have approved Sports gambling and the push is on for affiliates to provide services to customers. It can be a challenge. During a recent interview with Becky Liggero of Calvin Ayre.com David Gzesh who is the head of Gzesh Law Limited suggested that there may be considerations for affiliates if they want to increase their popularity in the USA.

Gzesh explained that it starts with following guidelines which are required by the state. Guidelines which require any marketing companies involved with these members need to provide language related to responsible gambling and access to 800 numbers with those issues.
Not all affiliates will be required to get a license where they operate. He did say though that getting a licence will be to their advantage. He told Liggero that it is important that they get a licence in a state where they apply.

“If you get bounced from one jurisdiction, you’re probably going to get bounced from anybody else you would go to later on. Someone, I’m not sure of the name of the company, was recently kicked out of New Jersey. If they’re going to try coming in anywhere else, they’re going to have a very tough road to hoe.”
