Mark Summerfield has been appointed by 888 Holdings. He was the former interim Chief Financial Officer of giant organization William Hill. He was appointed to their board as a nondependent non-executive director.
He joins 888 with immediate effect. That’s not all, Mark Summerfield is also set to become the chairman of the operator’s audit committee. He’ll be serving with other members Anne de and Kerckhove Zvika Zivlin.
Summerfield was previously the interim CFO at William Hill, a position he held from July 2016 to December 2017. In addition, he served as a partner at KPMG, a multinational professional services network from October 1999 – May 2017.
During his tenure with KMPG, Mark Summerfield held various top roles like UK head of audit for technology, global head of gaming, UK head of assurance, and media and telecoms. Summerfield was also a partner at the distinguished KPMG from May 2003 to October 2005.
