Mark the date of July 20th. The World’s Faster Gamer competition begins, extending to August 8th. Of note, Millennial Esports Corp is offering mobile players a wildcard entry with Gear.Club, a racing game.
According to MEC President, Darren Cox, this is a perfect example of the synergies we are able to achieve with our intellectual property and assets.
“This initiative will introduce a new motorsports-focused audience to Gear.Club while also linking World’s Fastest Gamer with the huge and growing mobile gaming market.”
The competition will be exciting with 8 hand-picked racing champs from various platforms and countries. Two wildcard entrants will be added to the stellar mix. One will come from desktop gaming and the other from the Gear.Club mobile platform. It all leads up to participation in an entire racing season in 2020.
Cox notes that the company is trying to find the best of the best, no matter who they are. There may be an incredibly talented gamer out there who has never even considered competing in real life.
The beauty of esports racing is that the entry costs are significantly lower than competing in the real world. But not everyone can afford a gaming console, let alone a full-on PC and gaming rig. Cox explains MEC’s mission as follows:
“We want to open up the opportunity to everyone. If you have a smartphone or mobile device – you can enter World’s Fastest Gamer thanks to Gear.Club.”
