GiG and SkyCity launch venue Digital Gaming experience in New Zealand

In May this year, the Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) joined the forces with SkyCity Malta limited. But just within a couple of months of the association, SkyCity has announced the web-based online venue for gaming in New Zealand. The venue is expected to run under the GiG’s Maltese license.

The GiG has its ambition of reaching the wide market and has associated itself with many partners throughout the world. It entered into the long-term partnership with SkyCity with multiple provisions. Turnkey Online Casino games, Gaming license, Technology, Platform, Managed gaming services, Customer Relation Management, Content development, Direct and Indirect Marketing, Compliance are few of the many provisions for the two gaming and gambling powerhouses. GiG has associated with one of the most reputed brands of leisure and gambling in New Zealand and thus has surfaced as one of the global forces in the world of iGaming.

Graeme Stephens, Chief Executive of SkyCity sounded overwhelmed with this announcement. He said that regulated online gaming solution is the preferred solution for the island country. However, he is hopeful for the untapped potential of this industry in New Zealand with the site launch. Apart from offering a multi-channel experience to the customer, SkyCity is also very positive about diversifying and growing earning opportunities. It is expected that the venue in New Zealand would contribute much by 2020 to the revenue of SkyCity.

Robin Reed, CEO of GiG also shares similar emotions after developing state of the art digital casino experience. He is hopeful to contribute towards the SkyCity aspirations. GiG now also holds the license to operate in the Spanish market and thus apart from New Zealand, it would soon also venture into Spain as part of its expansion planning.

GiG has been making inroads to become one of the pioneering and global forces of the online gambling, gaming and leisure industry. It recently teamed up with Kindred Group for compliance process. The Comply Marketing Compliance technology would be used by the Kindred group to track the content. However, Kindred Group is not the only partner firms for GiG. In recent times, it has partnered with iSoftBet, Oryx Gaming, Hard Rock International and others in the industry.
