The industry leader in iGaming player retention and customer support, Enteractive, announces a successful agreement with Gaming Innovation Group’s (GIG). The two companies have been expanding rapidly because of the numerous strategic alliances with brands industry-wide.
Following the deal, GIG’s flagship brands Rizk, Guts, and Kaboo will be added onto Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud® platform. This plug-and-play service will not only strengthen the focus and work on responsible gaming but also expand the GIG brands’ player retention rates.
In 2016, Enteractive went live with Betsson Group, with two primary goals- keeping players active and reanimating the inactive ones. The Group encompasses several online operators covering a broad spectrum of gambling products
One of the features that make Enteractive’s re-engage with inactive players in a scalable and personal way is its ability to attract companies from all over the world. GiG’s flagship venues are the latest addition to the growing number of Gaming brands, with clients such as Betsson, Kindred, Casumo, an Aspire Global.
