Giovani Lo Celso dreams of a move to Tottenham this summer and join compatriot Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Lo Celso is keen on a switch to the Premier League and is hoping current club Real Betis will let the move happen.
Tottenham remain in talks with the Spanish club and are hopeful of completing a deal for the attacking midfielder.
But Betis, who recently secured a permanent deal for Lo Celso from Paris St-Germain, are asking a huge transfer fee near his £88m release clause.
That means any deal will surpass Tottenham’s transfer record but Pochettino is understood to have been offered a significant amount to spend on players following their historic Champions League run.
The club will also look to boost their budget through player sales and reinvest in improving the squad before the start of next season.
