A developer has proposed a four-star hotel that will be built next to Cyprus Casinos – Nicosia, in Engomi, Cyprus.
The proposed hotel has 144 rooms, several restaurants and bars, a gym and a spa. The hotel’s construction requires part of an existing building to be demolished.
A private university rents the building, and it will have to look for a new home if the deal goes through.
The casino is operated by Melco Resorts, a company based in Hong Kong.
