The officials of Incheon Metropolitan City (South Korea) have disclosed plans of introducing the new Yeongjong-do Integrated Resort Cluster Project. This plan is supposed to aid the city’s ongoing initiative to expand its tourism industry. The city has high ambitions; it desires to become a leading cultural location in the Northeast Asian region.

For now, the leading landmark of that part of South Korea is Yeongjong Island located off the West Coast of Incheon.
Because of its position, the region may transform into paradise for investors, plus the government is also willing to invest in it.
There is a plan to build numerous hotels, casinos (for non-residents), theme parks, shops, spa centers and other venues.

One of the most prominent projects in the area is Paradise City. It may soon house venues like Caesars Resort, Mohegan Gaming and Inspire Entertainment Resort. All of these companies stated their interest in the local affairs.

Paradise City was already launched in South Korea in 2017. It features a five star hotel, casino area and a big convention hall that can house more than 1500 people.

The island of Yeongjong is already in development. The first stage of development started in the 1990s and soon, it is expected to complete its expansion.

Thanks to its new airport passenger terminals, it is expected to house more tourists and this is one of the main reasons why the expansion operations are swiftly nearing the completion.
