New Hampshire is all set to offer the Sports Wagering for the residents. The State is now looking to shake things up. The New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC) has been negotiating with different operators to get to the best route. The operators are famous and well few are controversial as well. However, there is no stopping for New Hampshire as of now. It is expected that by the end of November, the final decision would be made.
NHLC has already announced that DraftKings and Intralot are in the scheme of things in New Hampshire. The commission is in talks with both the operators and have reviewed their proposal as well. It is said that DraftKings has scored well in the Online Retail Sportsbook and Intralot in Lottery.
On the other hand, for Mobile Sports Wager, Kambi and Roar Digital have submitted proposals as well. Roar is run by MGM Resorts International and GVC Holdings. Roar has also submitted an application for Retail Sports gambling.
DraftKings has given a great offer for the regulators and that might just work for them. It said that if DraftKings is the exclusive Mobile Sports Gambling Provider then it would offer 51% of Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) to the state’s bank. The figure would become 21% for three companies and 16% for five companies, proposed DraftKings. Roar on the other side can only offer only 20% for no other competition, and 15% for three and 10% for five competitors. With this figure, it looks Roar is out of contention now.
DraftKings has offered 40% of GGR to the state if it has ten sportsbooks. However, it has offered to give 50% in case both Mobile and Retail Channels are controlled by them. On the other hand, Roar could only offer 11% for ten sportsbooks.
Intralot has promised to provide 19.25% of GGR to the state for Lottery Operations. However, the only thing that works against Intralot is the controversial past of the Greece based company in other states. However, it looks that New Hampshire is all ready for Intralot.
