Indonesian developer Cat Games won the weekly voting for Project D: Human Risen in the Fan Favorites category of the World Game Development Championship, corresponding to the second Community Games Week.

The selection of the nominees was made through the official Community Discord server of the championship, which remains open to all participating developers. Project D: Human Risen is available on Steam through its Early Access program.

“Project D: Human Risen is a multiplayer survival game with many islands to explore, build unique vehicles and survive where players are the last human on earth,” the Cat Games teams say in the description of the game and its story.

“The year is 2022, the earth struck by the terror of extinction, a new virus called D-VIRUS spread fast enough to cause human extinction. To avoid human extinction, researchers from around the world came together to find a solution, after a long discussion, they named their project Project Doomsday,” adds the description.
