Rhode Island Sportsbook declares brilliant June Revenue

Rhode Island Lottery has released a statement on the revenue for June in the States. After month by month dissatisfactory revenue figures, the two companies of Sportsbook have posted the highest ever revenue in June. The $2.1 million revenue is almost double as compared to the $899,165 in May. Even though the revenue looks brighter, but the company had dents in the betting handle this month. The wagered in June has been recorded as $14.7 m as compared to $18.9 m wagered in May.

Since November 2018, when the legal betting started for Rhode Island Sportsbook, June is the most impressive month. The Twin River Casino Sportsbook has generated whopping $1.7 m revenue. The venue took $11.7 m wagers from customers. The other company, Tiverton Casino generated $445,387 in revenue from the $3m wager.

The company that has seen quite fluctuating figures in recent time, it could be a sigh of relief. But is that a change of trend for Rhode Island Sportsbook or was a mere revenue spike. However, it appears that the betting company is finally picking its sustainable pace in the States. The upcoming football season can add more revenues and wagers to both the companies in September. If the recent trend is followed, then the impression of Super Bowl in February and March Madness betting can be very well seen in the company performance. The wagers in February were as high as $20.7 m and in March it was even better, $23.6 m. As football season is a betting crazy season, the Rhode Island Sportsbook company is in all hope to dash some more records in terms of revenue.
