Sports Information Services (SIS), one of the betting services suppliers has decided to expand its horse racing portfolio. The SIS has agreed to deal with Czech Racetrack Operator LAB, Kincsem Park, the home of Hungarian Racing.
The SIS becomes the exclusive distributor of live pictures and data of horse races in the two countries. SIS operators’ partners are going to be benefitted from at least 300 races per year. There will be four biggest races from the Czech Republic and 265 races per from Hungary.
The races are going to be available through SIS’s International Retail Channels. This will be a 24/7 live horse racing channel and 24/7 live horse and greyhound channels. It would provide a betting event in every three minutes.
William Morris, Head of International Horse Racing at SIS said that this deal would boost their international offering. He said that the additional races would boost their 24/7 racing services. He said that this would provide better quality and more opportunities throughout the day. This would be an interesting time for SIS as there will be important races irrespective of the time zone. The races would attract the bettors and ultimately help the operators as well.
Vicki Gobbins, Operations and Sales Director at the LAB said that this deal makes the strategic sense. He said that the bettors would be aware of the famous races of LAB. He said that they are extremely happy that bettors from all around the world will be able to see the racing and wage on it.
Istvan Pecsi, Managing Director at Kincsem Park said they are excited that a larger audience will be able to witness the races now.
SIS had a rough time earlier this year as the live horse racing was ceased throughout the world due to the COVID19 pandemic. In response to it, the company shut down its non-essential services and also furloughed many employees to protect the future.
