Microgaming, the leading provider of gambling software based in the Isle of Man, announced the publication of the game development studio SpinPlay Games to its extensive network of independent content producers.
The first game from the Las Vegas-based studio will be added to Microgaming’s leading platform starting June 18. Incorporating the extensive library of leading entertainment aggregator brands, the new release will be available alongside more than 800 online gaming brands in around 20 regulated markets.
A mathematical strategy
SpinPlay Games was established in February 2019 by a team of mathematical industry experts. The study seeks to balance complex mathematical models with a unique design process with a great aesthetic personality. The result has been the development of highly engaging gaming experiences for players, especially those who are drawn to numbers and formulas.
Following the signing of the agreement, SpinPlay CEO Anton Kuhlmann analyzed:
“Collaborating with Microgaming is a true honor, and we are extremely proud to join its line of world-class content partners. We focus on holistic design where our themes, sounds, and animations come together with our fine-tuned mathematical models to deliver fun and rewarding gaming experiences.”
Its first release Roman Power is a slot machine that plunges players into the immense riches of the mighty empire. Bring a five reel grid with 20 paylines, and incorporate 11 symbols including five low payouts and five bonuses and an expanding Hero Wild feature.
“Our debut title, Roman Power, is a highly volatile game with themes and math aimed at more experienced players,” said Kuhlmann.
And added that:
“This game offers great profit potential at every turn through the combination of stacked symbols, expanding wilds and multipliers. We look forward to launching additional exclusive titles, including our second Almighty Aztec game, via Microgaming’s leading content aggregation platform in the near future.”
Roman Power a cutting edge game
The cooperation agreement is part of an extensive list of Microgaming’s exclusive independent studios and content partners, allowing it to offer a diverse game offering.
Microgaming Chief Operating Officer Andrew Clucas highlighted the importance of this alliance:
“Joining our network of diverse talented content partners, SpinPlay Games employs a mathematics-based approach in the quest to deliver uniquely playable and creative games, with Roman Power forming the forefront of a feature-rich line of upcoming new content. We welcome the team on board.”
Other brands added to the Microgaming platform include Neko Games, which specializes in producing content with a certain Latin American flair. In fact, its first title, Super Showball, has a Brazilian style. This 90 ball bingo video game is inspired by the traditional Showball bingo game.
By partnering with LiveG24, Malta’s licensed live dealer platform provider, Microgaming also strengthened its relationship with LeoVegas, benefiting the Italian gaming market.
