All mobile data issues across Vodafone network have been fixed after a widespread outage. On the 12th of January, 2021, customers reported losing internet connectivity. The company’s spokesperson noted that there was an outage linked to mobile data, and they are working on finding the cause. The issue was intermittent, and seemed to affect accounts.

The company, via a statement, said they are working on finding the cause, and fixing it because it had impacted data services. The firm added that some customers were experiencing intermittent loss of connectivity, which, it added, was affecting Post-pay users only. At about 8:20 p.m., the same day, the firm reported that they had fixed the problem.
