W2 Global Data has joined the league in providing the solutions free of cost to the new customers. The Regulatory Compliance Solution provider, W2 Global Data has become the latest supplier to do so amid the COVID 19 outbreak. This has been done to help the gaming business mitigate the impact of the global corona virus outbreak.

The supplier is known for helping with technical solutions for identity verification, address validation or other compliance checks like anti-money laundering data sets and others. The company aims to help the business continuity for the customers without much financial outlay.

However, that is not all. W2 has also said that it would act as a fall-back for those customers whose primary supplier of compliance has been impacted or services have been disrupted due to the pandemic. The company said that it would ensure that the companies meet all the regulatory compliances in the different regulated markets.

It has also announced waving off integration fees and upfront costs. It has also offered to support 24*7 free of cost and no commitment to process the transactions those who have signed up for the services.

Warren Russell, the W2 Chief Executive said that everyone stays in an unknown present and no one would remain unaffected due to this. He continued that W2 has always taken pride to help the customers and they would continue to try their best to look after them, he said.

He further said that despite efforts from W2 and other peers, some will not make it to the other end of the pandemic. He said it does not matter how hard they try, some will not come through this challenge. He said if someone is a regulated market, the regulation and compliance never stops, irrespective of the conditions. He said that if the chosen partner unable to serve, then W2 will pitch in to help the operators.

There are suppliers like NSoft, Bayes Holding that have announced reducing in the service cost already. This has been done to mitigate the challenges of the pandemic.
