The Casino Association of New Jersey (CANJ) and Atlanti Care have agreed to work together to reopen the Atlanta City Casinos. The CANJ and Healthcare System Atlanti Care came together to stitch a comprehensive plan to open the casinos when the lockdown officially ends in New Jersey.
As per the agreement, AtlantiCare is to share the regional healthcare metrics, data, and forecasts with the Atlanta City Casinos. It is also to advise the CANJ in the reopening protocols. AtlantiCare will also share the information and the best practices that it has adopted in its premises and facilities. Potential collaboration with healthcare facilities can also be expected.
Lori Herndon, President and Chief Executive of AtlantiCare told that they are very excited and pleased to partner with CANJ for the reopening of the casinos in the city. They would love to formulate the plan with CANJ for the employees and guests.
The casinos in Atlanta City are closed due to the COVID19 outbreak. Lockdown measures have been implemented in New Jersey. Overall, the United States has become the new epicenter of the novel coronavirus. In the US, over a million people are infected, and close to 65K people have died due to the deadly virus.
