After the major setback of license suspension, EveryMatrix has pledged to follow the GB Gambling Commission review to enhance the procedure compliance and its overall operations. On 6th of September, UK Gambling commission suspended the license of EveryMatrix. It was also announced that a review will be carried out into the supplier. The decision was based on a complaint from the customer interaction framework.
However, EveryMatrix has found this as an opportunity to strengthen the compliance process further, a company release statement said. It also mentioned that the concerns of the commission are being taken very seriously and some actions are already been taken. The company has confirmed that some swift actions will be further taken to satisfy the concerns of the Gambling Commission. The company has also affirmatively taken this situation and has said that they have cooperated with the commission throughout the review process and would ensure that steps are taken to oblige the Social Responsibilities. However, the actions are not yet clarified and publicly announced.
UK Gambling Commission, however, has made it very clear that the license would remain suspended unless satisfactory actions are implemented on the ground to meet the social obligations and compliances laid out by the gambling commission.
The commission is still hopeful that the suspension would be lifted shortly. It has also contradicted the general reports and said that the suspension is more based on the general evaluation rather than certain specific player’s complaints. EveryMatrix has reiterated that safe and fair experience is provided to the players. It has also clarified that technical audit license is not suspended and the supplier is still actively providing gambling software to the other licensed operators in the United Kingdom.
