After having a relatively quiet start to the summer, Leander Games is spicing things up with the launch of a series of new games. Hot on the tails of their Blackbeard slot is another new release. This time, Leander are opting to showcase fireworks as the star theme in their latest slot.
Fortune Fireworks – as the new slot is known – may surprise players, though. While the theme and graphics are certainly captivating and help the slot arrive with a bang, the special features are a little on the poor side.
Fortune Fireworks Makes Arrives with a Bang
Fortune Fireworks arrives at online casinos as a 5-reel, 10-line slot machine, and one which features animated imagery and non-adjustable lines. Playing with all ten of the slot’s paylines fixed into place will set you back at least 10p a turn. However, upping the ante and raising your bets can see you wager up to £10 a spin on this slot. Wagers do not exceed that limit, though.
Wild symbols appear as Chinese dragons, and these can substitute for all symbols save for Blast and scatter icons. Following any win in the slot, winning combos will explode and be replaced by new symbols. This is known as the Exploding Wins feature in the slot.
Where are the Special Features?
Leander’s new Fortune Fireworks slot also has a Wild Blast feature, and this occurs when three or more symbols of the same kind appear. One of those symbols will then become Blast Symbols, and these cannot be removed from the reels with the Exploding Wins mode. Blast symbols can see other identical icons added to them, boosting the amount you can win with.
Unfortunately, there are no free spins in this slot, and precious few other special features to keep players occupied. There are, however, Blast Patterns which can help players land wins. The RTP is set to 95.98%, which is decent enough, and the prizes can rise to 250x a total stake, which isn’t too shabby given the wagering range.
Finding Fortune Fireworks Online
The Fortune Fireworks slot from Leander Games is not their best effort. Nor is this release the most impressive Chinese New Year or firework-themed slot we’ve seen launched in the last few years. However, it is certainly playable and makes its debut at many top casino sites this summer, so keep your eyes peeled for it if you like these sorts of games.
