Malta Gaming Authority Issues a Ruling On Gaming Devices Operated In Fairs And Exhibitions

Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has issued the Gaming Devices ruling about gaming devices in gaming events such as fairs and exhibitions.
The gaming authority announced that any person wishing to use gaming devices for exhibition purposes; must fill and submit the ‘Exhibition of Gaming Devices Application Form.’

This form is found in the MGA website and is approved for use. Then the application will either be submitted by hand, post, or email.
Relevant attachments should accompany the form. The authority email address is: compliance.mga@mga.org.mt.
