New York Giants announced a suspension of Kamrin Moore after charges were filed against him.
The charges involved a domestic incidence whereby he assaulted a woman by stepping on her neck and knocking her while unconscious.
However, his attorney continues to state that he is innocent. He claims that the charges against him are without merit.
Attorney Alex Spiro says that the claimant of the matter appeared in Mr. Moore home and started an argument with Moore’s girlfriend and then invented the accusations. He believes that Moore will be cleared the charges.
Agent Eugene Lee said that Mr. Moore is requesting the media, general public and Giants fans not to pass the judgmental statement until the due process is over. Although the allegations involve serious allegations, Moore believes that he will be pardoned since the accusations are baseless.
The second-year safety played two-game for Giants last season.
