New York Giants start the training camp with injuries. Wide receiver Corey Coleman suffered a torn ACL on Thursday, and now his season is done.
Giants least expected the problem especially with wide receiver, but that what they got. Sterling Shepard is also sidelined given that he also suffered a broken thumb.
All this comes after the departure of All-Pro Bowl receiver Odell Beckham Jr. He was traded to Cleveland Browns in February.
Giant’s manager Dave Gettleman when he was asked by reporters to respond about Beckham’s recent comment to GQ, that he felt disrespected by the Giants. He responded by saying that he didn’t want more question about Odell.
Reporters also asked him about the most criticized pick of the NFL draft Daniel Jones. Gettleman told reporters to give them some credit.
Giants made a significant stride at reaching him.
On April, Gettleman was facing a myriad of criticisms; he started bragging about his accomplishment. Dave responded by saying that he has been in seven Super. Bowls and insisted that he know what he is doing. He now insists that his resume is alright.
Genttleman seems to have an inflated view of his past accomplishment. He is being judged by what is currently happening in Giants now.
