Rebecca Deng Appointed to ITL’s Shenzhen Office as Sales Support Administrator

Innovative Technology (China) Ltd. has a new sales support Administrator as Rebecca Deng advances to the position in the Shenzhen Office. She further assists with operations, including shipments and deliveries.

She confesses that she enjoys learning about all the ITL products and the benefits they bring to customers. She is working closely with the company’s well-informed team in China.

“ITL is an expanding International organization and it was this that attracted me to the role initially as it offers a great opportunity and ideal working environment. It is certainly living up to all my expectations!”

It comes as no surprise that Rebecca is already proving to be a great asset to the business and is delivering first-class customer service.

In the words of Sean Wang, Business Development Manager Asia,

“Rebecca is using her strong customer service skills from her previous job and is already building an excellent rapport with our customers.”

Her appointment will provide exceptional assistance to ITL’s growing customer network across the region. Her predecessor, Alina Chen , will move on to RKB (Retail, Kiosk & Banking) sales and business development in China and other parts of Asia. The goal is to increase sales and customer acquisition in the region.

Wang adds that

“The new team and structure are working well, and we look forward to growing our customer base over the coming months and years.”
