The Atlantic club was called the Golden Nugget casino in the year 1980. The property’s name changed on many of the occasions in the thirty-four years of its life. This place was shuttered in 2014 to become ill-starred on account of boardwalk closures. Four properties were closed that year. Many instructions and organizations planned to buy it over the years however there is news that made it come in the front page.

There was a notice about a settlement for the sale of Atlantic club casino which was recorded in the county of Atlantis. However, the owner of the property is vouching that a transaction of that kind did not take place at all. This was reported by the press of Atlantis on Saturday. The documents of settlements are filled with information regarding the deal of the property. The club notice was recorded on January 15.

The casino’s owner TJM Properties who are based on Florida is the seller and the buyer is Jeffrey Smolinsky who is part of the North American Acquisitions.

There was a detail in the LinkedIn profile about the North American acquisitions. It is actually an investment Management Company that works in the sale of businesses which are held privately. Mr Smolinsky is supposed to be the senior partner in the firm. There was a notice of the filing of the settlement but the owner of Atlantic club told the press that there is no contract between them related to the selling of the property.
